By accessing or using SoftChurn ("the Service"), operated by Worldisthelimit (Business ID: FI3555278-8), a company registered in Finland ("Company", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
SoftChurn is a failed payment recovery platform for SaaS businesses. The Service connects to your Stripe account via OAuth and provides:

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before the end of the trial period to avoid being charged. After the trial, you will be automatically billed at the rate of your selected plan.
The Service is billed on a monthly subscription basis. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge you for the Service. Key terms:
All prices are in EUR unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
The Service integrates with Stripe via OAuth. By connecting your Stripe account:
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process personal data from your Stripe customers (names, email addresses) for the purpose of delivering the Service. You are the data controller; SoftChurn is the data processor.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Worldisthelimit. SoftChurn is a registered product of Worldisthelimit. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during the term of your subscription.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or achieve any particular recovery rate. Payment recovery results depend on many factors outside our control, including your customers' bank decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftChurn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue or profits, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice in the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Finland.
